West Brom will be vying to bounce back to winning ways in the Championship on Tuesday night when they travel to South Wales to take on Cardiff City.

Although Albion impressed in their 1-0 win against West Ham in the FA Cup on Saturday, Slaven Bilic is predicted to make wholesale changes to the side that was victorious at the London Stadium as he bids to end a six-match winless run in the league.

Conor Townsend, Ahmed Hegazi, Filip Krovinovic and Kyle Edwards could be the only players to keep their starting spots with Bilic likely to make seven changes for the clash at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Sam Johnstone has started every Championship game this season and is expected to replace Jonathan Bond in goals.

Darnell Furlong and Kyle Bartley are predicted to return to the backline to join Hegazi and Townsend with Kieran Gibbs injured, Nathan Ferguson's future in doubt and Semi Ajayi suspended.

Jake Livermore and Romaine Sawyers could return to the central midfield roles with Krovinovic ahead of them as the number 10 after an impressive performance at West Ham.

Matt Phillips is likely to start on the right-wing with Edwards on the left.

Hal Robson-Kanu was the only Baggies striker who did not play a role at West Ham so the Welsh forward is predicted to start up front as he is fully rested.
