West Brom are now discussing personal terms with Standard Liege midfielder Isaac Price, according to DOOD.

The news source reported on 18 January that the 21-year-old is understood to be keen on a move to Hawthorns this month.

However, no agreement has yet been reached with Standard Liege.

Via X, DOOD wrote: "Personal terms are being discussed with Isaac Price & his agent. If they get sorted things could move fast due to the player very keen on the move. Nothing agreed currently tho with his parent club."

West Brom must seal Isaac Price's transfer in January

The Baggies must look to sign Price as they will be bringing in a young and dynamic midfielder who has already shown his capabilities in a competitive league with Standard Liege.

At 21, the Northern Irishman has considerable experience, having played 62 matches for Liege, which indicates his ability to adapt and perform at a high level.

His involvement with the Northern Ireland national team, with 16 caps, further showcases his talent and potential for growth, which is crucial for the Baggies as they look to build a squad with a future-oriented vision.

Price's keen interest in moving to the Hawthorns simplifies the transfer process, reducing potential complications that arise from player reluctance.

The 21-year-old's eagerness to join suggests a high level of motivation and commitment, which are invaluable traits in a player.
