West Brom's next step for Harry Whitwell clear after transfer comments
Harry Whitwell has made his intentions very clear to West Bromwich Albion.
The 20-year-old is one of the most highly-rated talents in the Baggies' academy.
He spent last season on loan at Forest Green Rovers, where he notched three goals in 26 games.
He played 88 minutes for the Baggies after being recalled in January and scored in the 4-1 pre-season win over Shrewsbury Town on Saturday.
Whitwell spoke about his future after the contest, and sent a message to James Morrison.
The Baggies boss surely knows what do after the starlet's latest comments on his future.

Whitwell confirmed that he is willing to spend more time away from the Black Country.
West Brom News have already covered the idea of the prestigious talent leaving the Albion.
He admitted that he just wants to play senior football in the upcoming campaign, whether that is with the B71 side or elsewhere.
Speaking to BBC WM, he said: "I think [my goal] is to get more matches in the league, whether that's with West Brom or if I have to go on loan, that will be discussed.
"I had a taste of it at Forest Green last season and I loved it. I think if I was to go out on loan, the next step would be to try and get into the EFL."
A loan move would likely make sense for both parties, as he will surely not get the playing time that he wants under Morrison.
It will be the best thing for his development, but the destination will be crucial in deciding how he performs in the future.
Where could Whitwell end up next season?
A full season with Forest Green Rovers could an option, but the Baggies may want him to test himself at a higher level than the National League.
A loan to a League One or League Two side would be a good outcome as it would provide him with exactly the challenge that he needs at this stage of his career.
If he can prove that he can contribute at that level, then he may find himself getting an opportunity with the West Midlands side, in the second tier, sooner rather than later.
If they get it wrong, though, and pick a destination where the conditions are right for him to thrive, it could prove to be a significant setback.
They have to be careful about where to send the youngster, but it is clear that he must leave on a temporary basis before the transfer window closes.
