West Brom manager Slaven Bilic has made four changes to his starting line-up ahead of the huge promotion showdown against QPR at The Hawthorns on Wednesday.
An hour ahead of kick-off, Albion confirmed on their official Twitter account that Ahmed Hegazi, Conor Townsend, Matt Phillips and Hal Robson-Kanu have all been axed.
Kyle Bartley, Darnell Furlong, Filip Krovinovic and Callum Robinson all return to the side while Chris Brunt, who could be featuring in his last ever West Brom match, makes the bench.

West Brom players know that all they need to do to secure automatic promotion to the Premier League is to beat QPR.
Anything less than a win and that opens the door for Brentford, and potentially Fulham, to overtake the Baggies and send them into the playoffs for the second year in a row.
After the heartache of losing to Aston Villa last year, we cannot bear another playoff campaign so winning promotion automatically is an absolute must.
That piles a lot of pressure onto the team and as we have seen already, Bilic’s men are prone to buckling under the pressure.
West Brom have not been anywhere near their best in the last few matches and we need to see them put in a performance like they did at Derby, at Bristol City or at Millwall in order to secure promotion.
QPR are there for the taking and it’s time for West Brom’s best players to stand up and show why they deserve to play in the Premier League.
