West Brom have made 11 changes for their Carabao Cup clash against Brentford on Tuesday night.

Slaven Bilic has placed key players such as Grady Diangana and Matheus Pereira on the bench ahead of the Premier League meeting with Chelsea this weekend.

As confirmed on their Twitter account prior to kick-off, the Baggies handed debuts to new signings Conor Gallagher and Branislav Ivanovic at the Hawthorns.

It won’t be an easy tie, with Brentford beating Southampton 2-0 at St Mary’s in the previous round last week.

The Bees managed to take four points from the Albion last season in the Championship, although they won’t have some of their key players from those games.

Ollie Watkins has since moved to Aston Villa, and Said Benrahma has yet to be involved this season with his exit looking more likely by the day.

Thomas Frank named a near-full strength side for the victory against Southampton and has done the same for the clash tonight.

A place in the fourth round next week is on the line, with a game against either Fulham or Sheffield Wednesday up for grabs.

It will be viewed as a real opportunity to progress even further in the Carabao Cup by Bilic, with the Baggies avoiding the big-name sides entering the competition at this stage.
