Wolves could welcome back two key players for this weekend’s clash against West Brom, according to Birmingham Live.
Adama Traore and Willy Boly have been tipped to return for this weekend’s Premier League game at Molineux with both players missing recent matches through injury.
This doesn’t make an already difficult task any easy for Albion as they look to take a positive result from this upcoming Midlands derby.
Traore limped off during his side’s 1-0 FA Cup win against Crystal Palace after scoring an absolute screamer to ensure Wolves’ place in the fourth round.
Boly picked up a knock against Chelsea in mid-December but he has appeared on Nuno Espirito Santo’s bench to make up the numbers despite not being fit.
Both players could feature against the Baggies, according to Birmingham Live, as our rotten luck this season continues.
This isn’t to say that Sam Allardyce’s men had a decent chance of getting something at Molineux as most Baggies fans will admit that a defeat is on the cards.
But it would’ve provided a boost to face a weakened side that was coming off the back of a home defeat to Everton.
Instead, we could face an almost full-strength Wolves side as the chances of Albion avoiding a derby defeat look slim.
Baggies fans need to see a much-improved performance at the very least after last weekend’s embarrassment against Blackpool.
Hopefully, Robert Snodgrass is given his debut which may inject some life into a team that looks set for Championship football next season.
Derby pride would be one small reparation for the poor performances we have been exposed to this season.
In other West Brom news, Allardyce is very keen on this PL defender according to a reliable journalist.
