David Prutton predicts West Brom clash v Cardiff

West Brom travel to Cardiff this evening looking to continue their run of form in the Championship.

The Baggies are in Wales to take on the Bluebirds who are on the back of a 5-1 thumping at the hands of Blackburn.

David Prutton has predicted that West Brom will continue their unbeaten run with another victory this evening.

West Brom

The Sky Sports pundit regularly backs the Baggies, and he has done so again in the Welsh capital this evening.

Prutton has predicted that it will finish 2-1 to the away side, as they look to cement their spot in the top-two.

Must win?

The gap is yet to form in the Championship between those at the top and the chasing pack, but it is surely bound to happen soon.

West Brom have to keep picking up three points in these types of games to make sure they are in those top two spots for the majority of the year.

Bournemouth look to be the team to beat at this moment in time and with a clash against Peterborough for them tonight, they will be expected to win.

Cardiff will be raring to redeem themselves after their weekend thrashing, and Mick McCarthy will have got stuck into his side after that embarrassment.

The Baggies have to deal with that and impose themselves on the home side as early as possible this evening to quiet the crowd – an early goal would be perfect.

The past four games have all been nail-biters, and everyone will be hoping for a stroll in the park where we are efficient in front of goal, it has been far too long.
