West Brom fans asked to be patient by Ismael
Valerien Ismael has urged West Brom fans to stick with the team after there were a few boos on Friday night.
Sections of The Hawthorns booed the Baggies as they left the pitch at half-time against QPR and then also when Grady Diangana was brought off.
However, the Baggies are still unbeaten in the league and can move to the top of the Championship with a win against Cardiff City tonight.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference [Express & Star], Ismael said: “When everyone is on the same page, it will work, we will reach what we want for sure because we have the quality, we have the mentality.
“If we are not on the same page, it will be difficult – it’s as simple as that.”
A stern warning from Ismael.
Before the QPR match, West Brom had drawn three games in a row and were struggling to score goals.
They were struggling to create chances on Friday until Karlan Grant’s shot was palmed into the net by Seny Dieng and the Hawthorns came to life.
Suddenly, the atmosphere changed from negative to positive, and the fans practically sucked the ball into the net for the winner.

However, this is a clear warning from Ismael to the boo boys, and you would expect the away crowd to respond tonight in one way or another.
You have to say this is a risky statement from the Frenchman, and it will be intriguing to see what sort of reception he gets later this evening in Wales.
Hopefully, it is good because the Baggies are third and unbeaten in the league and have an ambitious manager who should help them win promotion.
In other West Brom news, one big-money Baggies man will miss the Cardiff game.
