League Ones clubs want West Brom forward Rayhaan Tulloch on loan in January
League One quartet Plymouth Argyle, Sheffield Wednesday, MK Dons and Fleetwood want West Brom forward Rayhaan Tulloch on loan in January.
According to the Daily Mail, Valerien Ismael believes a temporary spell where regular playing minutes are guaranteed could do the youngster’s development the world of good.
However, the Frenchman is not in a rush to make a decision on Tulloch, and would want to be sure of his side’s depth in attack for the second half of the campaign before releasing the 20-year-old.
West Brom are likely to strengthen their attack next month, but they should not stand in the way of the youngster as he is clearly not in the first-team plans.
Tulloch has only seen a minute of Championship action so far in 2021-22, before suffering a groin strain in the warmup against Arsenal in the League Cup earlier in the season.
Some of the Baggies youngsters have had chances in the last two league games to impress after some first-team players contracted Covid-19, but the England youth international remained on the bench.
It is either he is yet to regain full fitness or is not in Ismael’s plans, and things would become clearer in the coming weeks.
Tulloch has the potential to become a key player for Albion going forward, but he needs to go and prove himself somewhere first, and he is a wanted man in the League One.
The next six months should give him a chance to show what he is capable of should a loan deal work out, and more clubs from the lower division will likely join the aforementioned quartet in the race for his signature.
