West Brom agree deal to sign Daryl Dike on loan with option to buy – report
West Brom have agreed a deal to sign Daryl Dike on loan with a view to a permanent deal according to Telegraph journalist John Percy.
The Baggies have been linked with a move for a striker since the summer and have so far scored only 30 goals in their 24 Championship games this season.
They currently sit in fourth place in the table, four points behind Fulham in the hunt for the automatic promotion places.

It’s now been revealed by the ever reliable John Percy of The Telegraph that West Brom have agreed a loan deal with the MLS side for the 21-year-old striker to bring him to the Hawthorns, with a view to a permanent deal in the summer.
Dike is expected to undergo a medical this weekend and will be in attendance for their Championship game against Cardiff on Sunday.
Huge deal
The deal will see a reunion between Dike and manager Valerien Ismael, who spent last season together at Barnsley as the Tykes reached the playoffs for the first time this century.
Dike scored nine goals that season, but it was the work he did while leading the line that was most impressive and has convinced Ismael to move for him again.
He is a powerful runner with the ball and a capable finisher with either foot as well as his head.
His ability to run the channels and hold up the ball too will be excellent for this Baggies side, whose strength in wide areas will be put to even greater use now that they have a real focal point up front.
It’s a perfect start to the winter transfer window and Baggies fans will be delighted by this latest news.
