Diangana starts – West Brom confirmed line-up v Middlesbrough

West Brom are desperate to avoid their fifth loss in their last six games as they face Middlesbrough at The Riverside Stadium on Tuesday (22 February).

The club have relayed the confirmed line-up on their official Twitter account and we can see Steve Bruce has made two big changes for this game.

Grady Diangana has returned to the starting up and so has Dara Oโ€™Shea. Darnell Furlong and Matthew Clarke have both been axed to make way for the returning duo.

Now or Never

It has reached the stage of now or never for the Baggies as the pressure is mounting on new boss Steve Bruce.

He has got loads of experience and is probably the right man for the club, but so far there hasnโ€™t been any progress at all.

The spiral decline is simply alarming and itโ€™s a must-win game for West Brom.

They have lost four out of their last five games, drawing the other one. Bruce must arrest this decline at the earliest, while the promotion hopes are fading away.

West Brom

The 2-0 defeat against Luton Town was a shocking result, and the performance was equally horrible.

West Brom have a poor away record, having won only four times away from Hawthorns so far. They are languishing in 11th place and face a tough fight against Boro who are now aiming for a place in the play-offs.

Boro are heading into this game on the back of a 2-1 defeat against Bristol City.

In other West Brom news, Albion have completed a new signing outside of the January transfer window.
