West Brom hope to sell Cedric Kipre this summer after zero games under Steve Bruce
West Brom are willing to allow central defender Cedric Kipre to leave the club this summer with Rangers and Norwich interested, according to Birmingham Live.
The 25-year-old was signed in the summer of 2020 for £1million from Wigan Athletic and the Baggies are keen to recuperate as much of that fee as possible.
The Ivorian was a semi-regular feature of the Albion side under the previous manager Valerien Ismael but he was sacked in February and Kipre has not played since under the new boss Steve Bruce.

After lengthy discussions between the club and representatives of the player, it has been decided that West Brom “will listen to offers” for the defender.
He has spent some time away from The Hawthorns since his 2020 move in the shape of a loan to Belgian club Charleroi and the Baggies would be willing to allow a temporary exit if no permanent switch can be reached.
Had to go
Even though he hasn’t done a great deal wrong during his time at The Hawthorns, now was probably about the right time for him to leave the club given how little he’s played recently.
Bruce had Semi Ajayi, Kyle Bartley, Dara O’Shea and Matt Clarke to choose from last season and there was no reason for any two of them to miss out on the side, even in a back-three system.

That left the Ivorian as the odd man out, along with the always-injured Kean Bryan, and he was never going to get a look in when the four players ahead of him all stayed fit.
Whether anyone will be willing to match the £1million Albion paid for him is perhaps a stretch but they could easily recuperate a good 50% of that fee if the right bidder comes along.
Bruce needs those funds too if he’s to revolutionise the squad like he hopes to in just one summer.
In other West Brom news, the boss wants a goalkeeper and he’s ready to raid one of his former clubs to get one.
