Time for West Brom to build team for Karlan Grant to become more lethal
West Brom star Karlan Grant seems to be at the peak of his powers in the recent past where he was just unplayable on days.
The centre-forward was the most important player for the Baggies last season and deservedly won the West Brom Player of the Year award.
The 24-year-old has four years left on his contract at The Hawthorns and is destined to be a key player for manager Steve Bruce heading into the new season.

The former Newcastle coach has the ambitions to bring West Brom back into the Premier League and he has a fantastic opportunity of doing that by having Grant in the team.
One of the best
West Brom didn’t have the championship season that they hoped as they finished sitting 10th on the table, eight points behind sixth-placed Luton Town. However, if the season was memorable for one individual, it was Grant.
The England U18 striker produced the kind of numbers that many top-tier Premier League strikers would be proud of. He scored 18 goals and provided seven assists in 45 appearances across all competitions [Transfermarkt].

Considering the midfield problems that Albions had in the last season, those numbers were even more impressive for Grant as he had to make goals for himself.
If the Baggies want to return to the Premier League, they have to resolve the creativity issue behind Grant which can make him even more lethal for the next season.
Once they have the runners in midfield who can press high and create chances for their striker, Grant would improve his numbers even further.
In other West Brom news, despite being in the market for another striker, Bruce has already decided on his first-choice number nine for next season.
