West Brom finalise transfer for Aaron Harper-Bailey
West Brom have completed a deal to sign young emerging defender Aaron Harper-Bailey, it has been confirmed.
Rushall Olympic confirmed the news on their website that the Baggies have made their move to secure the young talent after his whirlwind start to the season.
Having been plucked out of nowhere, Harper-Bailey only made his move to Rushall Olympic in the summer following a successful trial with the club.

Starting the summer in Step six of the footballing period, this has been a real jump.
Described as powerful, the Albion have likely made their move quickly to get him into the academy and starting his journey towards the first team already.
Steve Bruce will likely have had little to do with this, as the younger age groups won’t take his immediate focus given what is happening on the pitch right now.

Under the radar.
This is one of those that won’t catch much attention immediately, but Harper-Bailey will be looking to make his impact and add to the long list of successful talent.
Being from Smethwick too, this is another success story for a local lad just looking to make a name for himself on the biggest stage of football.
With no news on the academy pages of the club, the young defender has gone under the radar, and that may help him by taking the pressure off slightly.
There are no huge expectations on his shoulders, he can simply go out and try to perform each week and hopefully catch the eye of those above him.
West Brom are no doubt more in the market for some free agents that can affect the first-team, but it clearly won’t stop them from plucking up other talents should they arrive.
Here’s to the latest of the bunch, and hopefully a long career ahead of Harper-Bailey.
In other West Brom news, Ron Gourlay has now pivoted to a new market as he looks for multiple new out of window transfers for the Baggies
