Grady Diangana wows The Hawthorns with best display of the season in West Brom win v QPR
Grady Diangana produced arguably his best display of the season so far as West Brom defeated Queens Park Rangers 2-0.
The Baggies were massively helped by Jimmy Dunne’s red card on the hour mark of the Championship clash on Tuesday (24 October).
The home supporters at The Hawthorns were expecting big things from their side following the dismissal, which took place with the game finely poised at 0-0.
But that all changed with a penalty from Brandon Thomas-Asante immediately after, with Diangana then netting a second in quick succession.
The important win and clean sheet fired the Baggies up to fifth place in the table, with winger Diangana the standout under Carlos Corberan.
Along with his goal, the attacker won all four of his duels (100%), registered an 88% passing accuracy and won a penalty for his side, as per Sofascore.

Moreover, the 25-year-old completed his only dribble attempt, made a joint-high three key passes and even chipped in defensively with one tackle.
The Baggies attacker also hit the woodwork, but he can be very satisfied with his display, with both Diangana and Corberan desperate for the player to kick on from here.
He has finally found the back of the net in what was his eighth match of the season, although entire 90 minutes have been hard to come by.
With fellow attacker John Swift enduring a lengthy spell on the sidelines due to injury, Diangana has the perfect opportunity for regular playing time, and he really didn’t disappoint in that regard against QPR.
In other West Brom news, an 88% Baggies star has deservedly been handed recognition from Sky Sports after his blistering start to the season.
