Andoni Iraola shares exit update on West Brom-linked Kieffer Moore after £40,000-a-week Bournemouth transfer development
Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola has suggested that West Brom-linked striker Kieffer Moore is likely to leave the club this month.
The Sun reported on 4 January that the Baggies along with Sunderland are interested in signing the Welsh international with the Cherries open to selling the striker this month as he’s largely been unused by Iraola at the Vitality Stadium.
The forward has only started one game – which came in the League Cup – this term and is expected to depart although his £40,000-a-wk wages mean a loan to a Championship club is more likely.

And Iraola, speaking to Sky Sports News (5 January) shared that the club will listen to Moore’s wishes this month as he’s been unhappy over his limited minutes at the club this season.
He said: “He was close in the summer market to leaving the club, but every party decided he stayed with us.
“He has been helping the team a lot, but not probably playing as many minutes as he wants.
“Dom (Solanke) has been really performing at a good level and it is difficult to take him out of the game when we are playing with just one forward.
“It will be something that he (Moore) will have a lot to say about this, for me it’s the most important part to listen to the players.
“Some players will prefer to stay and improve their roles, others will prefer to leave for different places where they can probably play more.
“If that’s the player’s opinion, the clubs start to negotiate and make the numbers work.”
Corberan decision
Attacking transfers are very much needed at West Brom with Carlos Corberan suffering from an incredibly depleted weaponry at The Hawthorns right now.
Grady Diangana has gone off to represent DR Congo at AFCON, Jeremy Sarmiento has only gone and returned to Brighton and then joined promotion rivals Ipswich while John Swift and Jed Wallace currently have injury issues.

Brandon Thomas-Asante has enjoyed a decent season but cannot be relied upon to fire the goals Corberan needs to boost West Brom’s playoff push.
Daryl Dike and Josh Maja are still out recovering from injury layoffs and whether they will provide the answers is incredibly uncertain.
Kieffer Moore is an attractive proposition for Championship clubs given his aerial presence and suitability to the division but Corberan already possesses three strikers in his weaponry and a striker possesses similar qualities in Dike.
Moore probably isn’t needed and West Brom will need to have their eyes peeled on attacking wingers and midfielders right now rather than pure number nines. That can wait till the summer. It’s certainly up to Corberan.
In other West Brom news, two senior players could be set for an exit from The Hawthorns in January, one other youth product attracting plenty of interest already.
