Okay Yokuslu wanted as soon as possible with West Brom exit on cards
Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor want to sign West Brom star Okay Yokuslu as soon as possible, according to Fanatik.
The Turkish outlet reported on 9 July that Yokuslu has been on the club’s agenda since the transfer window opened.
It is said that “hot” developments continue to surround the midfielder, who has attracted plenty of attention through his performances.
Will Okay Yokuslu depart West Brom this summer?
Despite making the Championship playoffs, the Baggies failed to gain promotion. The 2023/24 campaign felt like one where it could finally be the season they made the jump back to the Premier League.
As they failed, they were always going to run the risk of losing some of their star players this summer.
There were even murmurs of Carlos Corberan potentially leaving the club thanks to the interest shown in him by both Burnley and Leicester.
Alex Mowatt has chosen to stay at the club and extend his stay at the Hawthorns, with Kyle Bartley also penning an extension.
The case of Yokuslu is different though, with plenty of clubs lining up and the Turkiye international set for a break before his return after playing at EURO 2024.
Things could really start to heat up now he has ended his playing commitments for the season, with only one month to go until the new campaign.
