West Brom fans are in awe of Reyes Cleary after his superb assist against Peterborough United on Saturday.
Albion posted the goal – set up by Cleary for Brandon Thomas-Asante – from St. George’s Park on their official X page [20 July], as they claimed a 2-1 pre-season win over the Posh.
The youngster showed his mettle by beating two opponents – the first with a nutmeg – using great strength to retain possession, before dinking a pinpoint cross for Thomas-Asante to head home.
Having agreed a new contract at The Hawthorns, Cleary knows this season is crucial for his own career as well as Carlos Corberan’s side.
With his club debut now pushing three years ago, he is searching for a run of games with Corberan clearly seeing some key impact there.

As Cleary impressed on his return for pre-season, supporters took to X to heap praise on the 20-year-old.
The England Under-20 forward is clearly a hit with fans and teammates alike and could take the excitement in his stride and reward the club for their faith in his ability for his newly signed summer deal.
