West Brom fans go berserk at ‘absolutely ridiculous’ official update from The Hawthorns

West Brom fans have reacted angrily after West Brom announced a new clothing range with Macron.

The Baggies announced “The Core Range” on 21 August which features clothing priced between £54.99 and £99.99.

For a small collection of hoodies and gilets, the pricing is sky-high when compared to other apparel sold by the club.

It is safe to say this announcement hasn’t gone down well with supporters who have been left angered by the out-of-touch prices of the products.

West Brom supporters slam club shop pricing

Many members of the Baggies’ fan base slammed the announcement, sharing their anger with the cost set by the club and Macron.

One fan described this as “absolutely ridiculous” with another suggesting that the prices are “beyond extortionate”.

With a change in kit provider, one supporter has been let down saying: “Thought moving to Macron was supposed to be cheaper, that’s what I was told.”

It is safe to say, especially for the area, the fan base is not happy, signified by the response saying: “This is the black country, not London, the pricing is hilarious.”

This has left a sour taste in the mouths of Albion fans ahead of their side’s Championship clash against Stoke City on Saturday (24 August).
