West Brom should swoop for Gary O’Neil if Carlos Corberan is to depart.

If the 41-year-old makes the move to La Liga, the Baggies will be in need of a new head coach to help guide them back to the Premier League.
Corberan could leave with Albion in seventh place and former Wolves boss O’Neil could prove to be the perfect candidate to help earn promotion.
Gary O’Neil could replace Carlos Corberan at West Brom
If a top-six finish is the goal for the hierarchy in B71, a new manager needs to be selected quickly and without any prejudice.
This could make O’Neil the ideal candidate regardless of his links to the Baggies’ Black Country rivals.
The 41-year-old has had positive experiences in the Premier League with Wolves and Bournemouth and may flourish in the Championship.
The former West Ham midfielder has a positive tactical philosophy which has led to some attractive football during the early spells of his managerial career.
Utilising the technically excellent players in Albion’s squad like Tom Fellows, Alex Mowatt and John Swift could boost the West Midlands outfit towards promotion.

There is a question of whether or not the Englishman would move to a rival after leaving the Old Gold but there is no doubt that a job at The Hawthorns would be difficult to turn down.
Given O’Neil’s qualities as a boss, shown by his spells in the Premier League, supporters would have to ignore his Wolves links for the better of their side moving forward.
