West Brom stance emerges in Tom Fellows to Everton transfer latest
West Brom do not want to sell Tom Fellows but may change their stance if a large sum of money is offered, according to DOOD.
As per the Daily Mail (6 January), Crystal Palace and Everton want to sign Fellows this month, with the latter reigniting their transfer interest after opting against an approach during the summer.
However, the reliable Baggies X account responded to a question regarding the news (6 January) about whether a £25million offer would be enough for Albion to consider a sale.
Writing: “If it’s all upfront, then maybe we consider [it] to be fair, but we don’t want to sell in the January window.”
West Brom could be tempted to sell Tom Fellows to Everton

However, the Baggies are still without a permanent manager after Carlos Corberan returned to his boyhood club Valencia over Christmas – nothing is guaranteed at The Hawthorns.
The Albion faithful can rest easy in the knowledge that Shilen Patel will be directing his immediate focus on the managerial search; therefore, transfers should be put on the back burner for the time being.
During his short spell as interim boss, Chris Brunt has impressed, so much so that Patel is willing to take the appropriate time required to appoint the perfect Corberan successor.
Nevertheless, £25m is a lot of money for West Brom and could go a long way in helping to fine-tune the squad in January ahead of a potential playoff push.
Fellows has taken the Championship by storm with two goals and 10 assists to his name in 26 Championship appearances – interest in his services should not come as a surprise.
Everton will unlikely be able to fork out £25m this month despite the takeover, and Crystal Palace are currently directing their attention on acquiring Liverpool forward and Middlesbrough loanee Ben Doak.
As things stand, the 21-year-old should remain a West Brom player until the end of the season.
