Chris Mepham sends two-word message after West Brom heartbreak vs Leicester
West Brom suffered late disappointment in their draw against Leicester City on Friday.
West Brom drew 1-1 with Leicester with Samuel Iling-Junior scoring his first Baggies goal before late heartbreak struck as Nat Phillips put the ball in his own net.
Ryan Mason‘s side went into the game off the back of two losses and looking to pick up a win that would put them into the top four.
Mason’s side dominated large parts of the game, limiting Leicester to just one shot on target.

Chris Mepham takes to social media after late setback
Chris Mepham has started four games this season for the Baggies, including starting alongside Phillips versus the Foxes.
The duo played a part in helping restrict the Foxes to just one shot on target, with Leicester extremely fortunate to take something back to the East Midlands.
After conceding in the 93rd minute, Mepham posted on his Instagram story with a two-word message that read: “Deserved more.”

West Brom struggle in front of goal
West Brom have failed to score more than one goal in six out of their seven games so far this season.
Their lack of goal scoring is not due to a lack of chances, as The Baggies have missed eight big chances already this season.
With Karlan Grant and Daryl Dike still absent through injury, Isaac Price and Aune Selland Heggebo have done their part to try and shoulder some of the burden with the former netting three times this season.
Josh Maja scored 12 league goals last season, and with him coming off the bench, it might be time for Mason to bring him back into the starting XI.
Maja was linked with a West Brom exit this summer but remained with Albion and Mason could do with the forward providing a spark in the final third to help his team provide a more consistent goal threat.
