West Brom fans will love what Rory Jennings has said about Wolves and Rob Edwards
Rory Jennings wants to see Wolves relegated after Rob Edwards left Middlesbrough to join the Premier League side.
West Brom appointed Ryan Mason at The Hawthorns over the summer in the hopes that he’d earn Albion Premier League promotion.
While the Baggies have entered a difficult period, West Brom’s 2-1 win over Oxford United has convinced fans to stick by him a little longer.
But Albion fans will not be the only supporters needing to exercise patience now that Edwards has departed Middlesbrough.

Rory Jennings fumes at Rob Edwards decision
Mason’s second defeat of the Championship season came during Albion’s 2-1 loss to Middlesbrough back in September.
Edwards coached a masterclass in a game that saw Aune Heggebo net West Brom’s only goal of the game.
- Albion held 59 per cent possession against Middlesbrough
- Boro had four shots on target to the Baggies three
- Both teams created two big chances
The former Luton Town manager has since signed a three-and-a-half-year contract to manage Wolves after Victor Pereira was sacked earlier this month.
Edwards arrives at Molineux having departed Middlesbrough, despite joining as head coach in June.
Jennings has hit out at his decision to join the Premier League side, proclaiming that he now wishes to see them relegated from the top division.
“I hate what he’s done, and he’s done it for absolutely no reason,” Jennings said in a clip uploaded by The Club via X on 12 November.
“He’s turned his back on a brilliant club like Middlesbrough, and I think he’s a disgrace.
“I’ll tell you what I really hope happens, I really hope that Middlesbrough comes up and Wolves go down, and he can put that in his pipe. Judas horror.”
West Brom fans will love and agree with what Jennings has said, with most no doubt keen to see their rivals relegated this season.

What has Rob Edwards said about West Brom?
In all fairness to Edwards, he has been nothing but respectful when speaking about the Baggies as a manager.
Before their confrontation in September, he pointed out the quality Albion has availiable to them.
“Ryan Mason has done a really good job quickly,” Edwards said. “And West Brom are always strong in this league from my experience of many years of being in and around this sort of level, as a player or managing. West Brom are always strong.
“They have started well with some really good individuals, a very well organised team. You can see a real clear way of how they play, which you would expect.
“I think it will be an exciting game as well. It will be two good teams that are playing with confidence so we are really looking forward to it.”
Despite his kind words about the Baggies, most fans will hope his tenure at Wolves will be less successful than his stint at Boro.
Meanwhile, some will be baffled at his decision to leave a Championship side in second for a team battling relegation.
