Tony Pulis reveals West Brom latest behind-the-scenes after new James Morrison talks
Tony Pulis has opened up on the current situation at West Brom, after he held talks with James Morrison.
Morrison is in interim charge of West Brom after Eric Ramsay was dismissed from his post, but he has been unable to turn things around.
The Baggies sit 21st in the Championship, one point above the relegation zone, with 11 matches left to play.
The 39-year-old has a tough task on his hands at The Hawthorns, and it appears that he has turned to Pulis for advice.

What did Pulis say about West Brom’s situation?
Former Baggies boss Pulis shared insight into Albion’s plight, claiming that there was events behind the scenes which people do not understand.
He stated that he does not want to see the Black Country club go down, especially since Morrison, who played under him is in charge.
Speaking on talkSPORT on 3 March (8:45 am), he said: “I spoke to James Morrison last night, he was a player for me, Mozza was fantastic for me, great lad.
“He is engrained in that football club, they have got a real struggle on their hands, there is a lot of things happening on behind the scenes that people don’t see and don’t understand.
“It is a fabulous club, I really enjoyed it, it is a fantastic football area and you don’t need West Brom going down.”
How did Pulis’ stint at West Brom go?
In the 2014/15 campaign, Pulis saved the B71 outfit from Premier League relegation after being appointed in January and two seasons later he took them to a 10th-place finish.
However, there were signs that his style of football was leading the club in the wrong direction but they extended his contract anyway, which proved to be the wrong move.
He was sacked just a few months into the 2017-18 season, and the Throstles were relegated at the end of that campaign.
What Morrison can learn from Pulis?
The relegation-threatened club could use Pulis’ advice right now, as their defence has been utterly woeful this season.
They have conceded 52 goals so far this campaign, which is the fourth-worst tally in the second-tier and a key reason why they are in danger of dropping down to League One.
Only Queens Park Rangers (54), Leicester City (56) and Sheffield Wednesday (71) have conceded more than the Baggies.
Pulis was known for his defensive football, his teams were always solid at the back before anything else, and Albion could use that at the moment.
Hopefully, he has shared some tactical insight with Morrison and that can pay off in the final few months of the season, helping the West Midlands side to stay in the division.
