West Bromwich Albion are well and truly giving Wolves some anxiety ahead of the Black Country Derby this Sunday.

The Baggies are set to travel to the Molineux Stadium to face their rivals this weekend in a blockbuster Championship showdown.

Albion's start to the season has them as dark horses for promotion, while Cesar Peixoto's side are aiming for a top-two finish.

James Morrison's side are unbeaten in four and have had a week to prepare for the clash, while the hosts lost 1-0 to Everton during a midweek Carabao Cup game.

Either way, Wolves are now fully focused on West Brom, and it appears they are taking extra measures to try and avoid embarrassment on their own patch.

As for the Old Gold, ITV's Dan Salisbury-Jones has revealed what they have done at their own training ground ahead of the clash.

He posted an image to his X on Friday, which shows that Wolves players are being shown old Black Country Derby goals ahead of the match.

It's clear that Wolves' coaching staff are trying to light a fire in the belly of their players, but West Brom players will already be aware of what this game means.

Many Albion players who were at the club for the last meeting against Wolves in the FA Cup are still at The Hawthorns, so it's important to note that they already understand the importance of the game.

Morrison's men were given a team talk by John Homer in their own pre-match preparations for the game.

Speaking to ITV about the team talk, Baggies captain George Campbell said: "It lit a fire under us, and we already had one.

"He added to all the things that are going to make it a special game, and we have to take it and run with it like the rest and try to put our best performance forward."

Campbell and his teammates are full of confidence ahead of the match, and will know fine well how much the Baggies fans are backing them.

A win for West Brom would send a statement to the rest of the Championship.
