West Bromwich Albion return to Championship action on Saturday after a gutsy Carabao Cup exit to Newcastle United.

The Baggies were beaten 3-2 by the Magpies in the second-round clash on Wednesday.

Isaac Price was on target twice for Albion, the second of which levelled up the game after ex-Baggies loanee Harvey Barnes put Newcastle ahead at 2-1.

But Barnes' second of the game in the 81st minute put Newcastle into the hat for round three.

James Morrison's side have made a flying start to the Championship, though, and now face another tough test against Middlesbrough on Saturday.
