Every defender associated with the Canaries instantly raised their arms to suggest that something was wrong.
Referee Tim Robinson and his assistant on the far side didn't listen and allowed the goal to stand, despite the clear handball when watching on replay.
It's safe to say that Winter couldn't believe what he saw and questioned whether VAR is needed in the Championship off the back of this moment.
Speaking live via talkSPORT on Sunday, the journalist said: "Obviously, there's no VAR in the Championship, but you look at things like that and it was so blatant.
"Is that a case for VAR in the Championship? Or do you need to improve the standard of refereeing and officiating for certain individuals."

They have actually been delighted to see their 25-year-old striker throwing himself at these sorts of chances.
His energy and enthusiasm didn't always lead to goals last season, but he has started this one in the best possible way.
