West Bromwich Albion are out to rebound from back-to-back defeats when they welcome in-form Charlton Athletic on Wednesday.

The Baggies started the season in impressive fashion, winning their first three competitive fixtures.

However, they were beaten 3-2 by Newcastle United in midweek to exit the Carabao Cup in a gutsy effort.

Albion then slipped to a 3-1 defeat at a Middlesbrough side who have serious promotion aspirations this season.

There is little time to dwell on those setbacks, though, as Charlton make the trip to The Hawthorns for a midweek Championship clash.

Here, West Brom News has all the details on how Albion fans can watch the game from home if they are not attending live.

How can I watch West Brom vs Charlton Athletic?

Albion came flying out of the blocks this season, beating Norwich City 2-1 at Carrow Road in their Championship opener.

They followed that up with an extremely impressive 3-1 triumph over recently relegated Burnley in their second league encounter.

But a much-changed side were beaten in the cup by Newcastle, and ex-Albion loanee Will Lankshear scored twice to steer Boro to three points at the weekend.

Moreover, they now welcome Nathan Jones' side, who are three from three in the league after beating Preston 1-0 in their last outing.

Albion will be hoping to rebound in front of home support at The Hawthorns, in a game that kicks off at 7.45pm local time.

For those unable to attend the game, Sky Sports will be showing the match live on their Sky Sports+ offering via the red button.

What is West Brom's record against Chalrton like?

You have to go back as far as December 2007 for the last time West Brom earned a league victory over Charlton - albeit there have only been five league clashes between the teams since then.

Zoltan Gera scored twice, while Roman Bednar and Kevin Phillips were also on target in a 4-2 victory almost 20 years ago.

Since then, the Baggies solitary victory over Charlton was a 1-0 FA Cup victory at the Valley in January 2020.

Last season, Albion lost 1-0 away to a 90th-minute Sonny Carey goal, while it finished 1-1 at The Hawthorns with George Campbell's goal cancelled out by Lyndon Dykes.
