And now, Baggies supporters have learnt the identities of three youngsters who could become household Hawthorns names in the near future.
Who are the West Brom players picked for England U-15 camp?
There are certain clubs in English football who are renowned for their ability to produce young players.
West Brom are certainly one of those clubs, and that's been reaffirmed in an X post from The Talent Hunter on Friday.
An England Under-15 Emerging Talent Camp is taking place this month, and 36 of the top youngsters at this age category have been selected to take part in it.
Standing proud alongside players from top academies such as Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal are three West Brom starlets.
Joshua Sillett, Noah Dowthwaite and Khalil Robinson-Hooper will represent Albion at the England camp.
Only Chelsea (five) and Arsenal (four) have more players represented at the camp than West Brom, further proving just how elite the Baggies' academy system is.
So, whilst these three may be first-team stars of the future, James Morrison looks set to include a number of Albion academy graduates in his senior side this season.
How many West Brom academy talents could make Morrison's first-team in 2026-27?
With pre-season in the books, Morrison will be delighted with what he's seen from his West Brom side.
They've beaten Sheffield Wednesday, Bromley, Shrewsbury and Peterborough and all in convincing fashion too, and a number of youngsters have really taken their chances to impress as well.
Harry Whitwell found the net against Shrewsbury, and the 20-year-old attacking midfielder appears to have earned a first-team role in B71 now.
Meanwhile, Ollie Bostock continues to impress, and the 19-year-old winger surely won't be going anywhere on loan for the time being as Morrison isn't blessed for depth down the wings.
Alex Williams also appears to be well on track to earning the backup right-back role this coming season, as the 21-year-old is set to push Nolan Galves for game time.
There could be some real academy breakout stories to be written at The Hawthorns in 2026-27, as Morrison looks to guide his relatively young side towards a surprise promotion push.
