This situation is simply bizarre.
That is only made worse knowing that he only played one minute of Championship football with the Baggies.
He just wasn't what Morrison needed last season in the midst of a really tough relegation battle.
The attacking midfielder was hooked at half-time on his Albion debut and never truly recovered after that.
He didn't have the required experience and it didn't make sense to throw him in with so much on the line.
That saw his loan spell fizzle out without a whimper, leaving him the perfect chance to go elsewhere this summer and feature regularly.
Mustapha appears to be struggling once again with two loan exits already secured before the league campaign has even begun.
