Jeff Stelling and Neil Mellor predict West Brom clash v QPR

Jeff Stelling has backed Queens Park Rangers to beat West Brom in their Championship clash on Saturday afternoon.

The Sky Sports host has predicted that it will finish 1-0 to the home side, continuing this bad run of form for the Baggies.

Valerien Ismael will want a response after battling in defeat against Brighton and will have Daryl Dike available for his debut.

Sharing his prediction for Sky Sports’ Super 6, Stelling doesn’t see it ending well for the Baggies in the capital.

Neil Mellor also predicted the game alongside Stelling, and he went against the popular host this time around.

The Sky pundit backed the Albion to leave QPR with all three points and a fantastic 2-1 victory over the weekend.

Desperate.

It has been a torrid spell of late for West Brom, with Ismael surely desperate for three points this weekend.

Red cards and shocking finishing in the final third have led to numerous defeats when victories should have been picked up easily.

The games against Derby and Cardiff are in the past, but we need a win to make them distant memories and push back up the right way in the table.

We’re hoping that Mellor is spot on here, and Stelling is made to regret his prediction with a resounding win on our travels.

The top two spots are getting further away by the week, and something desperately needs to change – let’s hope it comes here.
