West Brom could look to sign Manchester City striker Liam Delap on loan
West Brom could look to sign Manchester City striker Liam Delap on a short-term basis this month, according to Express and Star.
January signing Daryl Dike has been ruled out for a significant amount of time, which could see the Baggies enter the market for a temporary fix.
Delap has been a name linked with a move to the Hawthorns in the past, and the defending Premier League champions want him to leave on loan after he recovered from an injury.

Snap him up
If there is a deal to be made, then the Baggies must not think twice before making an approach for the City forward.
The 18-year-old has been billed as the ‘New Erling Haaland‘ in the past as he has done exceptionally well at a very young age.
Given the quality of the Citizens’ first team, he has found it hard to break in, but a loan move could certainly go a long way towards achieving that.
If his contributions at the Hawthorns catapult West Brom into promotion, there’s a good chance that City will be open to loaning him out again, but this time to them in the Premier League.

Players have gone on crazy runs towards the back end of seasons and there’s no reason why he can’t do just that.
It remains to be seen if the Baggies actually end up pursuing him or they opt for someone with more Championship experience.
