West Brom fans amazed at what Karlan Grant did v Luton Town – ‘Honestly…’
Karlan Grant played a vital role as West Brom secured a 1-1 draw against Luton Town at Kenilworth Road on Friday.
While fans were far from happy with Carlos Corberan’s side only claiming a single point on the road on 1 November, they were quick to praise their star winger for the role he played in the draw.
Josh Maja scored a delightful backheel goal to edge the Baggies in front, only for Tahith Chong to capitalise on slack defending on the hour-mark, but the fans still gave Grant his flowers.
Karlan Grant continues to rise at West Brom
Having delivered the telling ball for Maja’s opener, Grant is becoming more undroppable with each passing game, much to the delight of the fans.
Alongside Torbjoern Heggem, one fan dubbed Grant one of the only “shining lights” from the draw, with another calling his work rate “exceptional” down the left flank.
While the 27-year-old has taken a while to warm to the fanbase, especially having gone out on loan to Cardiff City last season, many are excited to see as the “renaissance continues”.
Another fan claimed that Grant has become “a new man” since arriving back at The Hawthorns, and with two goals and an assist in the league so far, it is difficult to argue against it.

Of course, Corberan will be displeased with a single point against the Hatters, given their current form in the Championship.
The Baggies are now without a win in seven matches, made all the more disappointing by how well Corberan’s side started the new campaign, sitting atop the league table after several matches.
In other West Brom news, Carlos Corberan has been sent a clear message by Caleb Taylor after what happened away from The Hawthorns.
