James Morrison a busy man

Sloppy defending a concern for West Brom
In that second game at Shrewsbury, some poor defending allowed the home side to pull a goal back at 2-1.
Ousmane Diakite underplayed a pass to George Campbell and the Shrews pounced, with Isaac Fletcher converting past Max O'Leary.
Morrison would not have been happy with that lapse in concentration, but it is much better to happen now than two weeks from now.
Albion were otherwise solid at the back and looked in control of possession.
Harry Whitwell the star of the show
On a day in which Stewart continued his goalscoring form, and Morgan bagged a double, it was Whitwell who was the big winner.
The youngster was superb for West Brom as he continually looked to make things happen.
Whitwell created chances, was a nuisance to the opposition defence and scored a fine goal of his own to get the Baggies up and running.
On the basis of this showing, his place in the side may well be his to lose between now and the start of the real business beginning.
