Jimmy-Jay Morgan has proven to be a stellar signing for West Bromwich Albion.
James Morrison needed this season to start positively after being permanently appointed as head coach.
He has certainly got that after three wins out of the first five Championship outings.
It's fair to say that the ex-midfielder has his new summer signing to thank for plenty of key moments.
The 20-year-old has been the go-to man for goals and assists at The Hawthorns in the opening weeks of the campaign.

When does Jimmy-Jay Morgan's contract end at West Brom?
There were certainly high hopes for the 2006-born forward when he signed from Chelsea.
It seemed like a wise pick-up from Chelsea after his positive loan spell at Peterborough United last season.
He had scored 14 and assisted three for the Posh before moving to B71 for just £4million.
That already looks to be a bargain.
As part of that move, Morgan penned a four-year deal at The Hawthorns, one which is set to expire in 2030.
It isn't currently clear how much he is earning in the Midlands, but had reportedly earned less than £3000-per-week at Stamford Bridge.
His salary with the Baggies will almost certainly be much more than that, but it hasn't been confirmed where that figure sits.
How good could Morgan be for West Brom?
The Englishman has already scored five and assisted two in all competitions for the Albion.
That is an excellent tally, especially with five of those involvements coming in the Championship.
There will be a question of whether he can keep up that form moving forward.
The numbers suggest that he may be able to with an average expected goals on target tally of 0.49 per 90.
That is joined by 1.09 chances created and 0.87 successful dribbles per game.
If he can maintain those numbers, there's no reason why he can't clock up an excellent goal and assist tally for the Baggies this season.
Morgan already looks like being an excellent value for money signing, something that will only be echoed if he can continue as he has started.
