West Bromwich Albion will be keen to get some more bodies in the building as the transfer window rumbles on.

The Baggies have done a few bits of business in the window already.

Young forwards Jimmy-Jay Morgan and Barney Stewart have arrived from Chelsea and Falkirk respectively.

And Matt Ingram has joined to bolster the goalkeeper ranks after Josh Griffiths was sold to Stoke City.

But Baggies boss James Morrison will definitely want more numbers in his squad by the time they visit Norwich City on 15 August for their championship opener.

Here West Brom News has looked at three things still on Morrison's wish list during this transfer window.

West Brom need some senior forwards

The Baggies have seen Josh Maja, Karlan Grant, and Daryl Dike depart since the end of last season.

The additions of Morgan and Stewart have added bodies, but both are young and will need to be blooded into the first team this season.

West Brom News has previously covered reports that West Brom are looking into signing Southampton striker Cameron Archer.

Fellow Saints forward Ben Brereton-Diaz is also said to be a summer target to bolster Morrison's forward options.

Ideally, Morrison could do with a few forward options, but at the very least a striker and winger need signing in the next few weeks.

West Brom would love Danny Imray return

Another glaring issue for Albion is what to do at right-back.

As things stand, Alfie Gilchrist is the main option to got there, but there are reports he could be allowed to leave.

Danny Imray was very popular on loan from Crystal Palace last season, and fans would love to see the 22-year-old return to The Hawthorns.

The issue is that the Eagles may want to use him as part of their squad this season, making a return tricky to sort.

But Morrison would dearly love to have Imray back in his squad as the Baggies look to compete at the right end of the Championship table this time around.

West Brom dream of Alex Palmer return

The Baggies sold Alex Palmer to Ipswich Town back in February 2025.

But there have been rumblings that Albion could look to bring him back to the club, with the Tractor Boys looking for a new shot-stopper.

Ingram has arrived as a senior option to battle with Max O'Leary, with Griffiths having left and Joe Wildsmith now also out of the building.

It may be that the Baggies have decided they have enough between the sticks, but if Palmer is available you sense Morrison would gladly welcome him back.
