Morgan is thankfully tied down to a long-term contract, and already emerges as one of the club's best assets.
The striker has age on his side, and the fact that he's English also puts a premium on any future sale.
Of course, West Brom will be hoping for Morgan to stay for several seasons to come, and he could always lose his touch in front of goal, but if he carries this on, he will easily be worth more than £10m.
