James Morrison has provided West Bromwich Albion fans with another transfer update ahead of next week's deadline.
The Baggies saw their strong start to the season come to an end on Saturday with a 3-1 defeat away at Middlesbrough.
Jimmy-Jay Morgan was again on the scoresheet, but Middlesbrough were simply too strong for West Brom.
Morrison has made no secret he would welcome more arrivals at The Hawthorns to help with a potential playoff push.
Plenty of new faces have arrived so far this summer, while others continue to be linked ahead of the deadline at 11pm on Tuesday, and Morrison has confirmed another deal is close to completion.

What is latest on Toby Collyer to West Brom?
Toby Collyer was in attendance at the Riverside for West Brom's loss to Boro.
The Manchester United midfielder was seen getting off the team coach ahead of the game.
That came on the back of reports that he has already signed the documents to become an Albion player - this time permanently.
And Morrison all but confirmed that is the case when asked by reporters after the game.
“I think it’s close, yeah, so we’ll continue to work," he said, as quoted by BBC reporter Steve Hermon via X.
"I'll be excited, but I’ll talk to you later when it's finalised."
Morrison understandably does not want to get ahead of himself, but this deal is surely now all but done.
Will West Brom sign anyone other than Collyer?
Albion are not being linked with a great deal of other players right now.
It certainly seems that nothing else is advanced, as is the case with the Collyer deal.
But that is not to say more deals will not be struck between now and the close of play on 1 September.
Indeed, as we know by now, plenty of business is struck right up to - and even often after - the deadline comes and goes.
Premier League teams will look to loan out players to Championship clubs, which Albion have profited from in the past.
Fingers crossed a deal is struck out of nowhere to give Morrison further ammunition to work with.
