Carlos Corberan is reportedly trying to “free himself” at West Brom with Valencia willing to pay his £1.66million release clause, according to Relevo.
The Spaniard was reportedly keen on taking the Southampton job (talkSPORT) before the Saints opted to hire Ivan Juric but speculation over his future at West Brom remains.
Valencia are the latest club to have expressed an interest in the Baggies boss (Hector Gomez) with Corberan attempting to waive the fee required to free him from The Hawthorns.
